Green Lake Trail
Green Lake Park is one of Seattle's most loved parks, the path around the lake is a favorite recreational spot for runners, bikers, skaters and walkers. The path is great for people-watching, but often congested and slow going. The well marked loop has two lanes, one paved lane for wheeled traffic and another of crushed granite, perfect for runners.

Trail/Path Users:
Extremely popular with in-line skaters, bicyclists, runners and walkers, the path is especially busy in the summertime.

Distance:
The path is a 2.8-mile loop around Green Lake.

Notes:
Though the wheeled and pedestrian lanes are well-marked, use caution when approaching other trail users from behind. Caution and trail etiquette requires that all users keep to the right.
