Nine miles south of Coulee City on Pinto Ridge Road, Grant County.

This park was acquired in 1953 from the Bureau of Reclamation via a 50-year memorandum of agreement.
Historical Background
The park is located on Billy Clapp Lake, a man-made lake used as a holding reservoir by the Bureau of Reclamation. Bill Clapp was an early settler, active as a historian and politician. The falls have water running over them only in the summer, from irrigation water, thus the park's |
