Seattle Boating Guide -
Shoreline Access Locations that are permitted for use by boats, either power or non-power for launching, landing and/or tie up:
1. Atlantic City Boat Ramp – The public boat launch ramp located at South Henderson Street and Seward Park Avenue South; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
2. Don Armeni Boat Ramp – The public boat launch ramp located at 1228 Harbor Avenue Southwest; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
3. Eddie Vine Boat Ramp - The public boat launch ramp located at the north end of Seaview Avenue Northwest and south of Golden Gardens Park; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
4. Ferdinand Street Hand-carry Boat Ramp– A hand-carry boat launch access site located along the shoreline at the intersection of South Ferdinand Street and Lake Washington Boulevard South; tie-up time is limited to 2 hours.
5. First Avenue South Boat Ramp- The public boat launch ramp located at the northeast corner of the 1st Avenue South Bridge; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
6. Fourteenth Avenue NW Boat Ramp - The public boat launch ramp located at the southern end of 14th Avenue Northwest, on the north side of the Lake Washington Ship Canal; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
7. Leschi – a fixed pier located at Central Leschi; no power boat launching is permitted at this location; power boat tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours.
8. Madison Street Dock – The dock located at the eastern end of Madison Street where it meets Lake Washington; no launching facilities at this location; tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours.
9. Magnuson Park – The public boat launch located at the eastern end of Northeast 65th Street where it meets Lake Washington; tie-up time is limited to 15 minutes.
